★ Shipping costs
Shipping costs may vary per product, depending on size, weight and country. You will find the correct shipping costs in the shopping cart.
★ Delivery time
We ship orders on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
We send all our packages with PostNL. You will receive a track-and-trace code by email to track your order (check your SPAM box if necessary).
Normally, orders in the Netherlands are delivered within 1 working day. To Belgium and Germany within 2 working days. The rest of the world can take up to a few weeks.
If not delivered on time, please feel free to contact us via the contact form. Include your order number as a reference.
The website is kept up to date as much as possible, but in the unlikely event that an item is not in stock, you will be contacted.
★ Gift wrapping service
Have you ordered a gift and do you want us to wrap it and have it delivered directly to the recipient? Then adjust the shipping address when ordering or let us know by e-mail. Please leave a note in the comments that your order is a gift and if necessary, write down some kind words that we can add to the card we're sending along..
Of course we will send it without an invoice to the person who will be surprised!
★ Payment
You can pay for your goods via iDeal, PayPal or pay in advance by bank transfer.

★ Placing and merging a 2nd order
If you have placed an order but have forgotten something, you can always place a 2nd order. Please contact us in advance by e-mail to make sure that your package has not yet been packed.
At checkout, choose 'send with another order' to avoid double shipping costs.
Pay attention! If, due to combining 2 orders, the parcels is to heavy to ship for cheaper rate, then you'll receive a new invoice with altered shipment costs.
★ Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with a particular product, you can return it within 14 days of receipt, in well-protected packaging.
If you want to return a product, you should always contact De Quilt Ster first. Please state your full name, order number, which product it is and the reason for return.
The shipping costs for returning the product(s) are for your own account.
Pay attention!
- Fabrics cut from the bolt, patterns, books, magazines, opened packaging, discounted and damaged products can NOT be returned.
- Unfortunately, we cannot credit returns that have not been carefully packaged / damaged
- Send the article including a copy of the invoice with your bank details, in the original packaging, please with care and with sufficient postage to the return address
- After approval of your return shipment, we will refund the amount to your account within 5 working days
★ Save Loyalty Points (Quiltsterretjes)
With every € 15 you earn 1 loyalty point.
• The loyalty points earned in the shop will be issued on a stamp card.
• You DO NOT receive loyalty points on sale items, discounted items, books, b.o.m. kits, magazines, giftcards and classes.
• The loyalty points earned in the webshop will be issued on a 'thank you' card and sent along with your internet order.
★ Redeem Loyalty Points
When you redeem a full savings card (10 loyalty points) you will receive 1 FatQuarter OR 2 FatEights for free
You can hand over the full savings card in the shop before paying.
If you only order online, your free fabric can be sent with your next order.
1. Sent us an email with the notification of Loyalty Points to be redeemed, and we will keep your order on hold.
• Send us the saved loyalty points
OR
• Email 2 photos to us:
photo 1 with the visible amount of points, cards intact
photo 2 with the visible amount of points, cards torn through 1x
2. Write down your name, adress and which fabrics you wish to receive.
3. We will send the free fabric(s) with your new order
